Dear Parents,

We are excited to kick off an amazing Summer Camp adventure filled with excitement, learning, and unforgettable memories — running from May 26th to August 4th, 2026!

 

👉 Please Note:
World Peace Taekwondo will be closed on Monday, May 25th, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day.
Our Summer Camp will officially begin on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026.

World Peace Taekwondo will also be closed on Friday, July 3rd, 2026 in observance of Independence Day.
There will be no Summer Camp on this day.

The final week of camp includes only Monday, August 3rd and Tuesday, August 4th.
If your child will not attend on those two days, please let us know in advance.

Please take a moment to confirm the specific weeks your child will be attending.

 

🎽 What to Wear:

• Campers who have a uniform may wear it during Taekwondo class if they’d like.
• Each student will be assigned a personal cubby for belongings.
• Uniforms can be taken home for laundering after Wednesday’s class.
• On other days, campers should wear cool, comfortable, and appropriate clothing for physical activities and arts & crafts.
• On Field Trip Days, campers are required to wear their Camp T-shirt.

 

💳 Payment Details:

• Tuition will be charged according to the registration form you submitted.
• Weekly tuition will be charged on the Friday before each week of camp.
• If there are any changes, please notify us at least one week in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable once charged.
• The required Camp T-shirt fee and optional uniform fee will be included in the first payment.
• Field trip fees are not included in regular camp tuition and will be charged separately.

 

🕐 Operating Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Drop-off and pick-up may be done anytime after 7:30 AM and before 6:00 PM, at your convenience.
• All campers must be picked up by 6:00 PM.
• A late pick-up fee will apply after 6:00 PM.
• Late pick-up fee: $1 per minute, per child.

 

🚌 Weekly Field Trips:

• Field trips will take place every Thursday or Friday.
• Field trip fees vary depending on the destination.
• Field trip fees are non-refundable.
• Locations and fees will be announced every Monday or Tuesday morning.
• Campers are required to wear their Camp T-shirt on Field Trip Days.

 

🍱 Lunch & Snacks:

• Lunch and snacks are not provided.
• Please send your child with lunch, 2 snacks, and a water bottle each day.
• Due to allergies and individual food preferences, food sharing is not allowed.

 

🎒 Daily Items to Bring
Please label all items with your child’s name.

• Lunch
• 2 snacks
• Water bottle or drinks
• Optional cash for snacks/drinks
• Workbook for study time
• Book or electronic device for free time

 

🤒 Sick Policy:

• Please keep your child home if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any contagious symptoms.
• Children must be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to camp.
• If your child becomes sick during camp, parents will be contacted for early pick-up.

 

⭐ Behavior Policy:

• Campers are expected to follow instructions, respect staff and other students, and participate safely.
• Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in parent notification or removal from activities.

 

📅 Absences & Schedule Changes:

• Please notify us in advance if your child will be absent.
• Any schedule changes must be requested at least one week in advance.
• Missed camp days are non-refundable.

 

📱 Personal Items & Electronics:

• Campers may bring a book or electronic device for free time.
• World Peace Taekwondo is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items or electronics.
• Please label all personal items with your child’s name.
